Peabody Merit Scholarships are awarded based on the merit and talent of the student and needs of the school to achieve balance across major areas.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the Peabody Conservatory offers <strong>need-based financial aid<\/strong> through a number of <a href=\"https:\/\/peabody.jhu.edu\/audition-apply\/financial-aid-scholarships\/prospective-students\/scholarships\/\">Scholarship Programs<\/a>, including meeting 100% of need for all eligible domestic undergraduate students with no-loan financial aid packages, and\u2014beginning in fall 2025\u2014providing full-tuition scholarships to all admitted DMA students during the two-year full-time residency. Students must complete the appropriate documentation to be considered for need-based financial aid.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/2NjkE-2cg9w?si=Arcq3PuhhiT5Sobc\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h4>Requirements for Need-Based Financial Aid<\/h4>\n<p><em>Scroll down for links to financial aid forms and important deadlines.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Undergraduate domestic students<\/strong> (U.S. citizens, Permanent Residents of the U.S., and undocumented and DACA students) who wish to apply for need-based institutional financial aid are required to file both the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the CSS Profile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Graduate domestic students<\/strong> who wish to be considered for federal aid need only submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Domestic DMA students<\/strong> will be required to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and a supplemental JHU Graduate Financial Aid Application to be eligible for full-tuition DMA scholarship funding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>International students<\/strong> are also eligible for full-tuition DMA scholarship funding and need only complete the JHU Graduate Financial Aid Application.<\/p>\n<p>If you are applying to the <strong>Double Degree Program<\/strong>, you must apply for financial aid through the Homewood Office of Student Financial Services. You may contact them at 410-516-8028 or online at <a href=\"https:\/\/sfs.jhu.edu\/\">www.jhu.edu\/finaid<\/a>. Students who enroll in the Double Degree program receive all of their financial aid from the Homewood Financial Aid Office.<\/p>\n<p>Students beginning a <strong>Graduate Performance Diploma (GPD)<\/strong> who have completed a previous degree at Peabody are eligible for only one year of scholarship in the GPD.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA)<\/strong> students are eligible for full tuition funding during the 2-year residency portion of their full-time enrollment only.
